I'm not gonna lie - the last couple of days have been hard! It seems like everytime I look at my phone or online there's breaking news of this pandemic and it doesn't seem to be getting better. * It's testing my faith, my patience, and my emotions. I am a social person and I want to help others but I realize the best way to help others right now is to stay isolated. This is hard. My kids and I love to go on "adventures" when we're together. But, we can't leave the house except to play in our yard. * However, I realized that even though this whole thing is totally out of my control, we DO have a choice!! We can CHOOSE happiness despite the craziness, we can CHOOSE hope despite the sadness, we can CHOOSE to be connected (virtually/remotely) instead of separating. * I've seen so many people offering virtual services to keep us all connected - it truly has renewed my hope. Work-out don't stress out! 🧘‍♀️💕 * * When times get tough, I have always found exercise as the best way to relieve stress. I may not feel like doing it a first, but once I'm finished it is all worth it! It could be anything from taking a walk with a friend, running the track with my kids, or even a #beachbody session at home.
